2. Professionally developed inverter, easy to heat dissipation design

The inverter will generate heat during normal operation, and the heat generated is the inverter power × 55. In order to meet the explosion-proof performance requirements, the inverter can only be stored in a closed explosion-proof box. The normal working temperature of the inverter is below 50°C, and if it exceeds 50°C, the normal operation and service life of the inverter will be affected. Therefore, the heat dissipation problem must be considered when the inverter is placed in an explosion-proof box.

The inverter used in this product is specially designed for the requirements of explosion-proof elevators. It can be installed in the aluminum alloy control cabinet as a whole, and a radiator (specially made) is installed on the outside. The inverter can be effectively dissipated through a special efficient heat pipe. The inverter radiator that is easy to dissipate heat can avoid the overheating protection of the inverter and affect the use of the elevator.

3. Special cable entry in line with national standards

According to the requirements of 10.3.2 cable inlets in GB3836.15-2000 mandatory standard, when the explosion-proof volume is greater than 2dm3, ordinary explosion-proof cable inlets cannot be directly used, and explosion-proof cable inlets with stuffing boxes must be used. The volume of the main control cabinet is much larger than 2dm³.

All cable inlets of explosion-proof main control cabinet adopt detachable special joints filled with explosion-proof stuffing boxes. Features:

 (1) The joint can be used repeatedly, reducing the daily maintenance cost of the control cabinet.

 (2) Its protection grade is IP55. Using this interface can prevent the intrusion of dust and meet the requirements of dust explosion-proof.

All cables on the control cabinet are only connected to the intrinsically safe junction box and the enhanced safety high-voltage junction box. All inlets are made in the factory. After multiple inspections, the construction quality is guaranteed to meet the explosion-proof requirements.


4. The intrinsically safe power supply of the safety circuit adopts an isolated safety barrier

The electrical components of the hoistway are intrinsically safe explosion-proof, and meet the requirements of "GB7588-2003 Elevator Manufacturing and Installation Specifications, it is mandatory for the safety circuit to be a safety circuit, that is, the safety circuit is unquestionable and completely reliable". Safety barriers, conventional intrinsically safe circuits use zener barriers, and intrinsically safe circuits in safety circuits use isolation barriers.

The circuit using the isolated safety barrier is a safety circuit recognized by the national testing department. It is absolutely reliable when used in the safety circuit of the elevator and reaches the IIC explosion-proof level.


5. The brake adopts the integral flameproof brake with double independent coils

Features:

(1) It not only meets the explosion-proof requirements, but also fully meets the elevator safety requirements. It has a compact structure, saves space, and avoids mechanical failures.

(2) Double independent coils can prevent the car slipping danger caused by residual magnetism or single coil failure affecting the normal braking of the elevator.

 (3) The iron core is made of pure electric iron, and there is absolutely no residual magnetism, which will not cause the brake to lag.


6. Drainage resistance box of oil-immersed inverter

For the bleeder resistance of the inverter supporting device that generates heat during operation, the oil immersion method is used to remove the leakage resistance.

It is immersed in insulating explosion-proof liquid and features:

 (1) It can not only dissipate heat and cool, but also have the effect of insulation and explosion-proof, and avoid directly placing it in the control cabinet to increase the heat of the control cabinet;

 (2) It also prolongs the service life of the resistor.


7. The traction machine adopts the integral flameproof variable frequency motor, which reduces the space of the machine room, facilitates maintenance and reduces the failure rate.


8. The drive mode adopts closed-loop VVVF mode with vector control

Features:

(1) Use intrinsically safe encoders to improve control accuracy and effectively utilize energy;

(2) Zero-speed braking is achieved, no frictional heat and mechanical impact are generated when the brake is applied, and the explosion-proof effect is enhanced;

(3) The comfort and leveling accuracy are higher than open-loop control.

Since the installation position does not meet the design requirements of the components, the fan is installed vertically on the car roof, and the air inlet holes at the back will allow debris to fall into the fan casing and the rapidly rotating fan blades to spark sparks.


13. The metal devices that must be configured, such as the safety caliper brake wedge and the speed limiter action pressing block, all take non-sparking measures to ensure that the above mechanism does not become an ignition source when it is in action.
